Mindfulness Support Held with Care

Mindful Oak is led by Hayley Rogers and brings together mindfulness training, counselling-informed understanding, psychology study and lived experience of stress, burnout and personal change. The work is grounded, ethical and reflective, with clear boundaries around what mindfulness-based wellbeing can and cannot offer. Mindful Oak is a space for adults who want practical mindfulness support, thoughtful reflection and a more compassionate relationship with everyday life.
