Yes, if appointment booking is available, you can use the booking calendar to choose an introductory appointment.
Do I need mindfulness experience?
No. Mindful Oak is suitable for adults who are new to mindfulness, as well as those returning to practice.
Are sessions online?
Many sessions, including one-to-one, are available online. Retreats and in-person wellbeing experiences will depend on location, dates and availability.
Is Mindful Oak therapy?
No. Mindful Oak offers mindfulness-based wellbeing support, not counselling or psychotherapy.
