About Mindful Oak

Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing with Care

Mindful Oak offers mindfulness courses, one-to-one sessions, retreats and workplace wellbeing support for adults navigating stress, overwhelm, burnout and life change.

Taking an individualised, grounded approach to mindfulness.

Mindful Oak was created by Hayley Rogers as a grounded, reflective space for people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves and develop practical mindfulness skills for everyday life.

The work is rooted in mindfulness training, psychology and counselling-informed understanding, alongside lived experience of stress, burnout, neurodivergence and personal change. Mindful Oak is not about fixing who you are. It is about creating space to notice, breathe, reflect and begin again with more steadiness and self-kindness.

Support for Stress, Overwhelm and Everyday Life.

Mindful Oak is built on the belief that wellbeing does not need to be forced, rushed or performed. Many people arrive at mindfulness during times of pressure, change or emotional exhaustion. Here, mindfulness is offered as a practical and compassionate way to meet everyday life with more awareness.

The approach is gentle, accessible and non-clinical. Sessions and courses may include guided mindfulness practice, breathing awareness, body awareness, mindful movement, journaling, reflection and simple tools you can return to in daily life.

Mindful Oak supports adults who want to feel more present, more grounded and more connected to themselves, without pressure to be perfect at mindfulness.
